Hi, Glen. I'm having a lot of fun with Haydn sonatas and concertos this summer. Check my calender on my website for all links and details. Many thanks !!
I have never heard a classical accordion, this is really interesting and I would like to learn more about this! What repertoire do you play and how does the accordion handle the tonalities of say a piano? (I am a violinist)
Hi, Anon. The repertoire available for the accordion is virtually limitless as the accordion has such an enormous range. For example, the Haydn sonatas I'm working on this summer are all played on the accordion without changing a single note in the original score !! anon, anon.
Thanks for that, very interesting. I will visit your site to check your concert listings because this sounds very interesting indeed. I am picturing a powerful polyphonic oboe!
Hey Joseph, great to see you have your blog up and running! What does your concert schedule look like for the Fall/Winter season?
